Jerry is a Director of the USMBA and commercial lawyer and business advisor. Jerry focuses his practice on representing principal parties in financial restructurings and bankruptcies, purchases and sales of businesses and real estate, commercial leasing, and financing matters in cross-border transactions and throughout the United States. A published author and frequently quoted in business and legal publications, Jerry’s clients have included business owners and investors, creditors and fiduciaries, as well as banks, funds, and government entities.
Jerry is certified a Specialist in Bankruptcy Law (California Board of Legal Specialization) and has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as “AV Preeminent”, a “Super Lawyer” in California, Colorado and New York, and among the “Best Lawyers in America.” Jerry received his law decree and his MBA from UCLA, and is licensed to practice law in California, New York and Colorado.
